It is a high energy benchtop homogenizer that sets the performance standard for personal sized cell disruption and lysis instruments.

Simultaneous homogenization of up to 3 samples takes place (often within 45 seconds) inside the disposable 2ml screw cap microtubes. The optimized mixing motion causes rapid cell disruption through constant high velocity impact from the hardened micro-beads chosen specifically for your sample type.

Developed for samples too tough to be homogenized in a common lab vortexer, we provides a convenient and economical alternative to the traditional, over-priced homogenizers on the market today. With up to three tube capacity and a foot print of just 7 x 8".

5) Product Set-Up:

Place the mixer on a clean, flat, stable surface.

Ensure that the power switch is in the OFF            

position and plug the mixer into a properly grounded outlet.

Open the lid and insert your 2.0ml

screw cap tubes in the tube holder by placing the conical point through the hole and pushing the tube into place.

CAUTION: Always follow proper loading and balancing instructions.

6) Product Operation:

Using the up and down arrows, select the desired speed and time. Ensure that tubes are fully inserted within the groove of the tube holder and close the lid. Once the lid has been closed, press the “Start/Stop” key to begin the mixing cycle.

At the end of the desired run time, open the lid and remove your sample tubes.

7)Care and Maintenance:

No routine maintenance is required other that to keep the unit clean and to wipe up and spillage that may occur.
